Tea Garden Skirt

It has been crummy weather the last several days with the sun barely peeking out over the clouds. I am beginning to worry about my flowers (not getting enough sun) and feel like the sun might now show itself for my birthday, very sad.

On to happy thoughts and speaking of birthdays; this is a busy birthday-celebrating month for many family and friends and one particular friend is turning ONE!

And I just had to make her a little something!
