Mid Week Munchies - Zucchini

Does your Zucchini Plant look like this?

When my zucchini get about this big I love to pick it and make sauted zucchini.

Wash and chop your zucchini into quarter inch slices.

Place in frying pan with 2 tablespoons butter and a dash of salt and pepper.

The zucchini needs to cook for about 12 minutes: until soft and browned. Once sauted, dash with salt, pepper and parmesan cheese. A great summer side dish.

Hahaha -- I wish my zucchini looked like that -- I don't have a zucchini. I LOVE zucchini though (with onions and tomatoes too) -- your sauteed method is the best!

Ha!! I just posted about my crazy zucchini plant!! It's taken over the yard. And I love good ol' sauted zucchini.

I'm loving the Midweek Munchie posts!

Looks simple and delicious. Thought you might like this zucchini pie recipe for a different way to use zucchini that is pretty easy and look nice. We live in an apartment, so all we have is one squash plant, but we love her all the same. Cheers!

Always looking for a new way to cook up these "out-of-control" zucchinis! Thanks for the idea! :)
