Looks so good! I've been on a serious canning spree the last 2 weeks. I've made several batches of salsa, quarts and pints of peaches and pears, peach spread, pear butter, and plum jam. I love it but it is hard to balance all the housework, laundry, children and extra work of canning. Lets just say I'm ready to be done for this season. We have a truck that brings our fruit from the Okanagan orchards in British Columbia. Been thinking I need to post some pics on my blog too. I've been to busy to post anything lately!!
Looks Yum!! We should have a canned it party and try everyone's canned food. I have canned a couple batches of salsa and two batches of jalapeno jelly.
I am thankful for this blog to gave me much knowledge regarding my area of work. I also want to make some addition on this platform which must be in knowledge of people who really in need. Thanks.
